central gem, a straightforward stay
central location helpful staff included breakfast accessible beverages
i found the location particularly convenient it made exploring the area easy the staff were consistently helpful and polite breakfast was included and provided a decent start to each day i liked that coffee tea and water were accessible throughout the day
the lift was quite small it required some maneuvering with luggage but overall the inconvenience was minor

really good location friendly staff small room tiny elevator
The location was really good. I found myself within easy reach of key attractions. The staff proved friendly and helpful.
My room turned out small. It felt a little cramped for more than a few days. The elevator seemed quite tiny. Maneuvering luggage became a challenge.

mixed feelings about this stay
faulty air conditioning mosquito bites
the location was good, it was close to many attractions.
the room was small and it got really stuffy. the air conditioning was faulty, so i had to leave the balcony door open. i got bitten by mosquitoes during the night and the staff didnt warned me about it.

The staff were very kind and helpful . The hotel provides a free coffee machine and a water fountain in the lobby. My room faced the rear of the building, so it was very calm.
The lift is rather small. Fitting luggage with two people might be difficult.

excellent location complimentary juice comfortable beds family room
I found the location excellent. It was near a metro stop. I appreciated the complimentary juice available in reception. The family room included robes and slippers. The beds proved quite comfortable.
The lift seemed small, requiring luggage to go up one at a time.
