The communal kitchen had a cooker and a washing machine. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. A grocery shop is nearby, convenient. Parking was available. I could park in front of the house.

comfortable towels easy system shared kitchen
The self check-in system used codes for entry. It was simple to use. The provided towels were large. They were also comfortable. We arrived before the room was ready. Staff allowed us to store our bags. This was a helpful gesture. The shared kitchen provided all necessary amenities and a dining area. These features contributed to a positive experience. I found great value for money. The location is very accessible.
The bus information provided was inaccurate. This caused some frustration. We struggled to locate the correct routes initially. We eventually found alternate transportation. I emailed a request immediately after arriving. I never received a reply. It appears support after payment is limited.

access code serious breach
The room was lovely and clean.
The front door access code changed WITHOUT any prior notice. I was locked out late in the evening. Getting a new code required an explicit request after being locked out. This is a serious breach of trust and basic standards.

musty odor mold
the shared kitchen was useful and had everything necessary.
the room i stayed in had a musty, damp odor, especially noticeable in the bathroom. i also found mold in the detergent slots of the washing machine. this made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about the air quality.

mixed experience, some issues noticed
musty odor skin rash
the location was convenient, and the self-check-in system worked easily.
i stayed in a downstairs room, and i immediately noticed a musty, dank odor (it was quite strong). this was especially noticeable in the bathroom. i woke up with a skin rash, wheezing, and blocked sinuses.

wonderful stay and excellent facilities
lovely room clean bathroom plenty pans
the room decoration included drawers , lamps , a tv and a comfortable chair. the bathroom provided was immaculate with everything in perfect working order. the available kitchen had plenty of pans and various cooking utensils, allowing me to easily prepare my breakfasts.

communal kitchen nice bonus easy walk wrong room entry code
The communal kitchen was a nice bonus. It was well equipped. The walk to the O2 and restaurants on Cowley Road was easy. The decor was nice and neutral.
The host mistakenly checked another guest into my room. This happened in the middle of the night. The previous guest returned and used the entry code.
