The check-in process was efficient. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and worked very well together. I found my room and the bathroom nice. I also enjoyed the convenient location because it made it easy to walk to various attractions.
The room had a slight noise from the ventilation. I couldn't stop it.

I loved the chicken schnitzel for lunch. The taste and presentation were superb (it was almost too pretty to eat!). the check-out was quick, and the staff was friendly. i got to check in early, a huge plus. the hotel room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities i needed.
The room had a loud noise coming from the ventilation system or something. I couldn't stop it. my main goal when i am at a hotel is to get good sleep, and this made it hard.

the check-in was efficient, with very friendly ladies at the desk who worked proactively. i found the room and bathroom nice (overall, a good start). the location is convenient, about a 20-minute walk to the city center.
the carpets had stains from cleaned areas, and i personally didn't appreciate the specific fragrances used throughout the hotel.
