The staff was very helpful and cute. They ensured baggage storage was available after checkout. The hotel's location is really convenient. I could easily access public transport and several restaurants.
I noticed a slight musky smell in the carpet.

Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The hotel is close to Oxford Street. This allowed convenient access to the bay and the opera house. I could easily reach public transport. That was great.

i appreciated the microwave in the room, it was a great bonus. the shopping centre opposite the hotel had a coles supermarket. the chinatown light rail stop was a short walk away, as was the museum station. paddys markets and darling harbour were also within walking distance.
the staff did not tell us about the loud music from the club next door! it played until midnight on friday and saturday. the recycling truck came by around 1am on friday nights, and it was noisy.

The staff were friendly and helpful . They provided quick assistance when needed and offered useful information regarding local attractions and transportation options. their attentiveness enhanced my experience and made it easier to navigate the area.

The hotel had a small gym with limited machines. I counted only four or five pieces of equipment. there was a microwave in my room, which i found helpful for heating up snacks and leftovers. This amenity added convenience to my stay.

the location was really convenient because it allowed me to walk to central station without problems. i found lots of nearby options for food, including late-night eats. the hotel kept the room clean and provided good daily service i thought.
