The hotel's location really shined for me. it's a short walk to both the ferries and wynyard station, a plus for getting around. i also appreciated the bar downstairs, a nice spot for a quick drink after a day of exploring. the staff were helpful. I felt welcomed.
the sheets felt a bit tangled, it was a minor annoyance but something i noticed.

breakfast had several options, the food tasted fresh. happy hour at the bar downstairs was also a plus, a great way to unwind after a busy day with some tasty snacks and drinks.

The lobby had a coffee bar and a sitting area. It had a library lounge vibe. i really liked the free sparkling water on tap. easy access to restaurant options and public transport was available just steps from the door.

The room was clean and compact. The bed was quite comfortable. the room had everything i needed for my stay. the room was quiet. I did not hear any outside noise.

darling harbour foreshore is very close. wynyard station is also a short walk away. this spot provided easy access to shops, public transport and restaurants. it's a convenient spot for exploring the city.

The check-in process was quick and simple The room was clean.
The room was a lot smaller than expected. Aircon did not seem to cool the room very well. Many staff did not wear uniforms or name badges. This was very confusing.

the staff was really very very helpful. they were kind at all times . it was a real pleasure to stay there. king st wharf was so close too.
my room reminded me of an afterthought. the room was dated, and dusty, i noticed. it didn't feel clean to me, i must say. even the aircon seemed old.
