The hotel was very clean with a lovely, modern decor. I found the free coffee and snacks in reception to be a great bonus. The staff were also very polite and helpful . I especially liked the water filters on each floor. It's a fantastic idea!
The television was quite old, so browsing and streaming apps like YouTube were not accessible. Phone mirroring to the TV also did not work . I found this quite limiting for entertainment purposes in the room.

The breakfast offered a lovely and diverse buffet with a great choice of foods in a pleasant setting. Freshly squeezed juice, varied coffee options, pastries, fruits, and delicious pancakes were available (the pancakes were a highlight!). The breakfast definitely exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is very close to a bus station, convenient. It provides easy access to transportation. The hotel is also near a concert hall, convenient for my trip.

The staff were friendly and cute at both reception and during breakfast service. They provided efficient and helpful service throughout my visit (very cheerful!). They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had.

The breakfast had a great variety. I could make waffles and fresh smoothies. The rooms are simple, but comfortable and relatively spacious. The decor felt nice.
The room illumination was very low. The location is quite far from the center. The hotel name is misleading, as it includes "centrum.
