The room was NOT cleaned if not requested. I found this out too late. There were no services in the room. The shower was only partially separated, SO the water fell out.

I found the location very convenient, close to metro and tram stops. A large discount supermarket is located in the basement of the adjacent mall. The staff was friendly. The hotel offered nice refreshments in the lobby.

The breakfast was plentiful. I found options that suited my taste! The hotel is close to metro, tram and bus stations, a real plus for getting around. I was happy to see an iron and ironing board in the room. I really needed it.

Navigating the parking garage was a real headache. It was like a maze! Spaces are tight there too. The kiosk wasn't working when I went to pay. I had to walk all the way back to the lobby.
