The airport bus stop was really close. It made my arrival easy. i found many good restaurants around the hotel too. the breakfast had a lot of choices. I especially liked the local dishes.

I experienced a super helpful early check-in after my long flight. Denisa at the reception provided excellent service. The staff ensured my room was clean and tidy daily, which I appreciated VERY much. The location is full of restaurants, very convenient.
My room's air conditioning made a slightly loud humming noise when operating.

The breakfast included several hot dishes. Chef Baek Ju Min prepared delicious food daily at the restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!! There was a great selection of various options at the breakfast buffet.

Denisa at the front desk was very attentive. Another staff member promptly reprinted our flight tickets. The reception service was GOOD. The staff was friendly and helpful .

The hotel is within a 10-minute walk to the metro line. The location is great and safe, with a bus stop nearby. It is easy to reach various parts of the city. The expo center is easily accessible within 15 minutes.
