spacious room individual lights green square safe walk
The room was quite spacious. Lights could be switched individually so I varied brightness easily. My room looked over a nice green square. I felt safe walking to and from the hotel in the evening it was very reassuring.
The room was a bit warm. There was no air conditioning, so I needed to open the window.

The breakfast included a good selection of food. There were several options available. The dining area was clean and well kept, it was a pleasant experience overall.

The hotel has secure parking facilities at a great price. Check in and check out were quick and efficient. Ironing was available on a different floor, it was quite convenient.

Solid Stay Near Ponds Forge
perfect location discounted parking helpful staff
Location was very convenient for Ponds Forge events. I got a discounted rate for parking in the adjacent Qpark. The staff helped me borrow a fan from reception since the room did not have air conditioning. The hotel offers a good value.
Breakfast cost extra. They served hard hash browns, that I did not like. I think the hotel should add more vegan options to their breakfast buffet.

The hotel location is close to Ponds Forge. The hotel is near public transportation too. It makes getting around the city easy.

The room was nice and neat. The bathroom had good water pressure in the shower. I found the room well kept overall.

a mixed stay overall
noisy road minimal facilities
the bed was comfortable enough.
The window was not soundproof, it faced a busy road, so there was constant noise. the tea and coffee facilities were minimal. more tea and sugar should be provided. Long-life oat milk should also be available.

clean hotel lovely decor super clean room
The hotel is clean. It is both inside and outside! the decor is lovely, the room was super clean, and coffee and milk were supplied. blackout curtains helped me sleep and the bathroom was also super clean. It was well stocked with towels.
