the hotel has a great location, right in the city center. i had requested a room viewing the cathedral, and they noted it. The breakfast had good choices, i loved that. staff are attentive, they ARE helpful.
the walls are not VERY soundproofed. i could hear the neighbors when they used the bathroom, it was too loud.

The location was great. The hotel is very central.
The bathroom was quite small. It felt cramped. i also had an issue with parking. I ended up paying for parking twice. the receptionist didn't seem too apologetic about it

The location provided easy access to many key attractions. The staff was genuinely helpful.. they provided clear directions. Breakfast had lots of great options and it helped start the day well. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The shower had a slippery surface, so caution was necessary during use.
