The staff was helpful. The location had great access to key city areas.
The room smelled strange, like it was closed up with little ventilation. The air conditioning did not work at all, and being on the top floor made the heat unbearable. Reception told me sometimes this happens if all the rooms turn on the AC. This felt unacceptable.

great amenitiesspacious roomcomfortable bed
the location is amazing its right in the heart of everything i wanted to see. my room a beautiful room was so spacious and had great amenities i really liked the tea and coffee setup. the beds were wonderfully comfortable i slept like a log each night.
the air conditioning didnt seem to get as cool as i hoped but it wasnt a big deal

i found a couple of things disappointing. the air conditioning did not work. i had it on cooling mode but the room was hot. also, the mugs had stains. some towels also had stains upon arrival. it was not a pleasant discovery.

the location was really central, near the main attractions. the staff was helpful and accommodating with my needs. i found a mable staircase inside that looked fine.

the location was quite good because it was close to the center.
the room was not clean enough. i found a lot of hair in the bathroom. also, the heating made a loud ticking sound all night, so it was not ideal for sleeping.
