The staff was helpful when i needed assistance. the location worked well. St pauli stadium was nearby. i found several good restaurants within walking distance. the hotel also felt safe when i returned late at night after exploring the vibrant area.

the water purchase process required navigating a lobby vending machine, and i found this a bit inconvenient after a long day.

The location proved convenient. the staff were very friendly AND super helpful in every way. the shower was one of the best I have ever experienced in a hotel at any price. It was a positive surprise. For the money good value.

The reception staff were indeed helpful . i found the room to be clean, a big plus. the location was advantageous for exploring nearby areas, very convenient. next to the hotel i noticed a garage. It offered direct access and simplified my parking.

The room was on the smaller side. Space was somewhat limited.

The staff was very nice. the wifi was free. i used the carpark. It was clean and well lit. it also had a lift.

The room size was not suitable for 3 adults. The beds were terrible. i had back ache each morning. i couldn't get a decent sleep over the 4 nights.

the location felt so central, a comforting embrace after long days exploring. staff greeted me with smiles, they were kind. the small double room was very clean. the quiet outside added to the peaceful stay.

the room was small, it felt a little tight when trying to unpack. i wish there was more space for luggage.
