The location is excellent. The tram stop is very close. tram number 11 provides easy access to the central train station. the staff were attentive. They were helpful.
The check-in process was a bit slow. It took some time. the air conditioning did not work and the room was very hot. there were also some cellphone signal issues when i was inside the room.
