i found free public parking near the hotel. the location was also convenient as it was close to the center. team members were helpful with directions and recommendations .
the walls in the bathroom needed better cleaning. there were noticeable stains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room.

the location proves convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. i found the staff accommodating and helpful during check-in. the room was provided with necessary amenities and basic comforts. i had a satisfying experience.
the room size felt limited, particularly with luggage. there was a strange smell in the bathroom when i arrive. breakfast options seemed somewhat restricted and uninspired. i was bit upset by these issues.

Charming Stay Close to the Walls

The location was superb. It sits just outside the historic city walls. It gave me a unique feeling entering the old city each day. Staff members were friendly. I easily caught a bus to the TGV station.
The breakfast options were a bit scarce.

Breakfast service started an hour early upon request, and it was a kind gesture! This helped facilitate an early departure. The staff was very accommodating to our needs, we appreciated their kindness.

Every staff member was amazing. We interacted with reception for check-in. We used the bar to order food and drinks. The breakfast staff offered smiles and support at 8 AM, even the cleaners were friendly. Smiles are wonderful to see.

The location is SUPERB, really near the station. Staff helped me print train tickets. SO convenient. The staff gave excellent directions, SO useful. Maid service occurred every other day, exactly as requested.
The room was REALLY small with little space.

Breakfast had smiles AT 8 am, ALWAYS a good start. The bar offers drinks and food options. Pizzas are available and excellent, REALLY nice. The breakfast environment has indoor and outdoor seating, very comfy.
