the location is great, just outside the city walls. a laundry was a nice bonus. the staff were helpful and there was underground parking for our car.
the room had a very faint unpleasant smell, and so did the toilet.

The room was very basic, i must say. only two towels were provided. I needed to request more. there was no toilet brush or extra toilet paper. the free toiletries consisted of just two small sachets of shampoo. I found this insufficient. breakfast was overpriced for its quality, baguettes were dry and cups were cardboard. the cheese and cold meat selection was limited and also dry.

The location was super convenient right by the city walls. Secure parking was cheap and easy.. I found the staff helpful and cheery. The room was spacious, and we could separate the two sleeping areas at night.
The room had air conditioning, but it did not work properly. The fan was not very strong, and the aircon was locked to some extent to a heating setting instead of cooling. The lowest room temperature we got was 21.5 degrees Celsius, which I imagine will be higher in summer. I arrived in the evening, and I could not ask for help since the reception closes early.

The hotel is near the city walls, made exploring easy. A supermarket is next door . This provided convenience. I also appreciated the kitchenette in the room . It had a fridge. The 24-hour access system worked smoothly for me.
I noticed that the air conditioning wasn't very strong , and I couldn't adjust it to a lower temperature.

My room included a kitchenette with a fridge , and this was convenient. The room was clean. Rooms have terraces , offering outdoor space. The bathroom was wheelchair accessible , designed with disabilities.

The hotel is located just outside the city walls , so it is easy to visit attractions. A supermarket is conveniently next door for grocery shopping. Public transport is right at the door , and this makes getting around easy.

The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Some staff members speak English well , and this simplifies communication. Staff allowed me to store my motorbike before check-in , and this was very helpful.
