Fantastic Location with Attentive Staff

The location is convenient. The Delicias metro station is right outside the hotel, I found this very useful. The staff was helpful and always attentive to my needs, which I appreciated. The terrace offered an additional space to relax after exploring.
I only received one set of keys, and I had to leave them at the front desk each time I left the hotel. This system was a little inconvenient and I hope they could improve this.

The hotel benefits from its close proximity to excellent transport links. Delicias metro station is a minute away, allowing quick access to the city center. Atocha train station is also within a short, ten-minute walk.

The room was very clean and well-appointed. As a single room, it included a queen-sized bed. The room felt spacious and included all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. This was a nice touch

i found the location quite convenient. it was very close to the metro station, a definite plus for getting around. the staff was helpful too, especially with directions.
the room i had was quite small. i noticed a bright emergency LIGHT kept the room from being dark at night. there were not any outlets near the bed.
