The location is central. I walked to all the main attractions. Staff members were friendly and helpful (Roberto was particularly kind). I also found the room clean and well-kept.

The location was really central. It made exploring very simple. The staff are friendly. They always have answers to my question.
The room felt small, even for only me. It got hot very quickly inside. The bed was too firm for my preference, i feel the low pillow didn't helped.

The hotel has a fantastic location. It is easy to reach tourist attractions. the team was really nice. i found the front desk personable, and the wifi connectivity was excellent. I was able to work without any issues. the staff was kind and helpful.
the soundproofing was not great, and i could hear some noise from other rooms. it wasn't a major problem, but i did notice it.

fernando offered excellent customer service. he was very cute upon my arrival and provided information about local sightseeing and nearby restaurants. jesus and nuria were also very helpful, and i really appreciated their assistance, it was great.

The hotel is in a superb location. Everything is close by. i walked to the cathedral and explored the city center with ease. it's also a reasonable distance from the alhambra. I found the location really convenient.

the location was excellent for exploring the city center. i appreciated the friendly reception staff (they provided useful tips). i was able to check in early and they also stored my bags after checkout. a great experience overall.
the room i stayed in had limited space for clothing. i found the layout of the bathroom somewhat awkward. it could use a better design.
