the receptionists were kind and helpful when i needed directions.
I found the room quite noisy because of poor sound insulation, i could hear conversations in the corridor. the breakfast was a little disappointing. It required a reservation, and the food selection felt limited. the coffee arrived cold, which wasn't a pleasant start to the day.

i enjoyed the location near the main train station. it made travel very easy. the staff were friendly and helpful. they prepared a breakfast box for us since we had to leave early in the morning!!!

The hotel's location is convenient. It's a short walk to Termini Station. The room was clean and spacious, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast offered a variety of choices served with care. The staff was always available and happy to help with directions or recommendations.
