great location simple layout useful rack absent english room dust broken machine
The location was great , close to the subway station and some restaurants. The room layout was simple but comfortable for me. The clothes rack was very useful to hang coats.
The receptionist did not speak ANY english. I found SOME dust in the room. One of the two washing machines was broken.

great location helpful staff convenient storage easy access
the location was AMAZING!!! it's close to nishiki market, very central to many shops and restaurants. train and buses are all nearby. i appreciated the helpful staff. i also used the luggage storage which was very convenient for early check-in.
the room was quite small. it barely fits two large suitcases.

there are many good restaurants near this hotel. several local breakfast restaurants are just around the corner. i found plenty of eating places around so i didn't miss a hotel breakfast.

amenities provided are good. the room had a fridge and a water heater. i found it very clean. overall, it provided a wonderful and comfortable stay.
