I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. My room had a fridge, a convenient feature. I appreciated that the sink area was separate from the toilet and shower.
The television picture was a little fuzzy, my only minor complaint.

The hotel features a pool area that is accessible to guests and is open late until 10pm. There is a plentiful supply of parking spaces, so finding somewhere to park your car should never be an issue (which is always a plus).

the location was convenient for accessing local restaurants and shops. parking was available directly in front of my room, a standard double room. the pool was a good size, and i found the staff helpful when i needed extra towels. i liked having a microwave and fridge in the room.
the ice machine closest to my room was frequently empty, requiring me to walk to the other side of the hotel (this wasn't a huge deal, but slightly inconvenient).
