the balcony held a special charm, offering picturesque views of downtown. i could see city lights twinkling below. this was a wonderful detail i will remember. the central location allowed simple access to nearby attractions. the staff greeted me with kindness and assistance.
the temperature control system in the room could have been more responsive.

The hotel is near many popular attractions. downtown access is very simple from this spot. guests can enjoy several nearby restaurants and shopping areas. This all ensures there are many opportunities for exploration during a stay.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to good bars and restaurants. It made exploring the city easy. The room was nice and quite clean. It served as a perfect base for exploration. I found the location especially useful.
The valet parking was expensive.

The Queen Room had a comfortable bed. It also included a flatscreen television with cable channels and a small seating area. The room had blackout curtains and individual climate control, very convenient.

The hotel restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. A continental breakfast was available, and it included pastries, fruit, and coffee. Room service was also available during limited hours for added convenience. We loved the option.

The front desk was staffed 24 hours a day. The staff offered luggage storage and concierge services. I found the staff very polite and helpful when asking for directions or recommendations, which I appreciated so much

the hotel's location allowed for easy access to many shops and eateries. i appreciated that a bus stop was right outside the hotel. the valet parking was efficient, and the staff worked with me well, which i valued. the lobby looked clean, and so did the hallways.
the ice machines were not working , slightly inconvenient.

the hotel is near public transportation, including a c-train station, and offers convenient access to downtown attractions. multiple amenities are within walking distance. this aspect really helped my stay.

The hotel has a functional gym, and there are vending machines available for guest use. the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. And the system ensures temperature control. i also saw that valet parking services add convenience.

The staff at the hotel are really nice and accommodating to requests. the front desk is responsive. And the valet service efficiently handles parking. they promptly returned a lost item, which i was very grateful for.

biased behaviorparking system
The room temperature was just awful. the centralized air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own, and i couldn't adjust it. The room stayed uncomfortably hot. also, the parking situation was a mess.. the hotel seemed to favor some guests over others, assigning parking spots based on who knows what. it's just not a fair system and really left a bad taste.
