The staff offered helpful directions and assistance with maps. I enjoyed the views from the restaurant and my room. This hotel is in a 70s style but well maintained (very groovy!).
I found a club across the street created noise until 6 AM, impacting my sleep.

the panorama restaurant was a highlight with its beautiful views. breakfast offered a fresh start to the day, though the variety was simple. the staff members, including the cleaning staff, were very helpful and kind. the rooms were super clean, that detail stood out for me.
I thought the hotel could benefit from some modernization.

the location had its own charm and a little hilly. it was quite close to all the attractions. oh the city views filled our dreams and hopes. it was a little hard to leave this magic place though the parking was expensive!

the room was clean and convenient. the reception staff was always ready to assist. carlo was great. the breakfast menu, while not huge, was fresh and good to start the day.
the remote for the tv did not work. also, there was a lightbulb not working. bedside outlets would have been nice to have.

the views from the upper floors were excellent. my room, located on the 11th floor, provided a nice perspective of the area (i particularly enjoyed the sunsets). breakfast was simple, but adequate, and served in a room with panoramic views.
the carpets throughout the building seemed quite old. they showed wear and tear in multiple places, and also had a musty smell. the bathroom sink had cracks and the toilet bowl showed significant wear, as well (the facilities need updating).

i liked that hotel offer available parking, i didn't need search a space around. the staff was very helpful with directions and local tips, i found it helpful. i also thought the location provided nice views of the area and allowed me to appreciate the surroundings better.
the bathroom fixtures was old and somewhat difficult use. this included taps which didn't regulate temperature well. this made shower somewhat unpleasant.
