EXCELLENT Location and Service!

The location is AMAZING. The hotel is very close to the tram which goes directly to the train station. Staff are available and very helpful throughout the day (i appreciate this so much!).

The bathroom's condition was very poor. The shower design caused water to flood the floor. This created a safety issue.

The location is near the train station and a short walk to many attractions. The staff are helpful and available throughout the day I found this very reassuring. The room included air conditioning a crucial amenity given the warm weather I experienced.
The furniture was slightly worn.
