The hotel's location proved convenient. The train station was easily accessible. The Duomo and other key attractions were only a short walk. The staff provided excellent assistance with luggage storage and directions.
I found the room a little dated. The breakfast selection was pretty basic for the price.

Check-in was fast, and I was able to leave my bags at reception easily. Cristina was very helpful and always smiling. She. Staff also offered suggestions for local attractions.

The location was great for walking to main attractions. i liked that the room was very clean. The housekeeping service did a great job. the breakfast offered a decent variety of options. a nearby laundromat.
The street noise at night was quite loud. It sometimes disrupted my sleep.

the hotel was in a good location, near attractions and the train station, it was easy to walk around.
the breakfast was a let down, the food felt very basic and they didn't even refill anything, that affected the experience i was expecting.
