The room was clean, i noticed that daily cleaning kept it tidy. the staff was helpful, great to leave baggage before check-in. the shared bathrooms were clean. I appreciated that.
The room was small. It felt cramped. there were only a couple of plugs, and they were in inconvenient spots. breakfast was basic. I missed having more options like eggs.

The staff was friendly upon my arrival. my room was always cleaned. I really enjoyed my stay. the room itself was great. It had everything i needed.
The breakfast was not great. Just cold baguette and croissants, a very poor choice. i noticed extra charges for taxes on top, even though it clearly said taxes and other charges included. the view from my room was straight toward a large graveyard.

The hotel is near the metro and tram stations. the hotel personnel were friendly. I appreciated their help. i found vending machines and a coffee machine available. a luggage room was useful.
the women's bathroom had men using it. the hotel should manage bathroom access better. this situation needs immediate attention to improve safety.

helpful staff convenient storage nearby tram easy metro access
I found the staff helpful. They let me store my luggage before check-in. I could also store it after check-out. This was a great help. The tram station is very near to the building. The metro is also within easy walking distance from the location.
The pillows were too thin. I realized I could ask for more just our last night.
