excellent showereasy walk
i stayed in a room and it had an excellent shower and wifi. the metro was close, and i could easily walk to the eiffel tower. the location was excellent for eating and transport.

i found this guidebook's recommendation accurate. the location is ideal for seeing major attractions. reaching it from airports and train stations is simple. the staff are helpful from the front desk to housekeeping they assure a good stay
the room i booked was small. i could also hear noise from the street it made it harder to sleep. footsteps from above were clearly audible throughout the night this affected my overall rest.

The location was great with many restaurants nearby.
The room smelled strongly of paint, unpleasant. The noise level was also high. I could hear loud conversations from other guests returning late at night, and it disrupted my sleep (i needed some rest). I would not recommend this place for families with young children because of this noise.

The room smelled strongly of new paint and the noise levels were awful. it was not soundproofed. Loud conversations went on late at night.
