non-functioning safety box unaddressed repairs

the location had proximity to the metro. it offered convenient access to various parts of the area.

the safety box did not function. i requested repairs, but they remained unaddressed throughout my six nights. this lack of resolution was unacceptable.

the room was very clean a kitchenette provided suitable space for cooking basic meals i found the staff friendly and helpful the hotel's location provides easy access to public transport throughout the city

i noticed some noise from other rooms particularly from above and on the same level i could also hear noise from people walking past in the hallway

this hotel has a superb location with grocery stores and eateries nearby i found many options within a short walk the neighborhood looked safe and well-lit at night there is a shopping center across the road

The hotel's location proved convenient. It was close to a main metro station, so it made getting around the city simple. I also liked that it was easy to reach many different places of interest. I found the location particularly useful for quickly reaching various Olympic venues.
