Maxime was very courteous. I received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel allowed luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. The hotel's proximity to the RER station was useful. The staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness.

the staff was helpful when i needed directions.
The room felt cramped. It was tough to maneuver with my luggage. also, the walls seemed paper-thin, and i could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. it really impacted my sleep. i could clearly hear someone's alarm and conversations as if they were in my room.

the location is near luxembourg rer station. friendly staff helped a lot with directions and recommendations. the hotel offered free luggage storage on my last day, very convenient before going to the airport.
the room was a bit too warm and the air conditioning was centrally controlled
