the staff was very helpful and friendly. the location was great and termini rail station was near. i could walk to most places i wanted to see. the room was clean and the bathroom looked recently updated.
the hotel is in different floors and feels like old apartments. the rooms are not sound proof and simple. i found mould on the shower walls and hairs on the floors. sometimes, water went from very hot to cold, that makes showering difficult.

I TRULY loved the location. It was perfect for walking to most attractions. The reception staff were super friendly and REALLY helpful (they gave me a city map). My room was always clean and well maintained by the staff.
I noticed VERY slight wear and tear in some areas of the room, understandable in an older building.

The rooms provide a safe, a desk, and an open wardrobe. I did not hear too much noise. My room was always clean and included a bed and chair. I found the room quite adequate.

The hotel is in a super central location near many sights. The hotel is close to the main train station. Many restaurants and shopping areas are nearby. I walked to dinner EASILY.

There are plenty of dining options near the hotel, offering local cuisine. I explored several restaurants within a short walk. I found them super convenient. Guests can easily experience the local food scene.
