amazing stay near the metro
metro station comfy bed helpful staff
the location is fantastic it is really close to the metro station i found it convenient for getting around the room was super clean and the bed super comfy after a long day i was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist
i wished there was a small fridge in the room it would have been really useful for keeping drinks cold

the super nice team and polite always ready to assist with a smile particularly yolande at the front desk was wonderful they really go the extra mile making guests feel valued and comfortable it is quite something

small lift loud staff
The lift was too small. I travel with luggage, and it did not fit in the lift. This situation cause significant inconvenience. the staff spoke too loudly near the rooms early in the morning. It woke me up and that is unacceptable.

convenient location strong wifi coffee machine
the hotel provided a very convenient location. porte de clignancourt metro station is very close (it's a short walk!). the room featured a coffee machine. i found the wifi signal strong .
the lift was a bit small, making it slightly inconvenient with luggage.

The hotel is near a metro station so travel was easy. The room was clean and modern. Staff was very helpful. (I was impressed.)
The lift was not big enough for a family with a pram.

helpful staff convenient metro small lift dodgy people
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. the hotel was also very close to the metro, so it was easy to get around. there are cafes nearby. I appreciated this.
The lift was not very big. A pram does not fit. i also noticed some suspicious people outside the hotel. I found this unsettling.
