convenient location public transport kind reception annoyed staff small room high noise
The location worked well. It was near the Eiffel Tower. The public transport was also a short walk away. Reception staff were kind and available to help. They provided recommendations for local attractions and were genuinely helpful . The room was cleaned each of the nights I was there. The receptionists were communicative and polite.
I forgot mine. The lady told me to buy it down the street. The room was small. The noise level was high. I heard a couple down the hall. They came in late and slammed the door.

The hotel is close to transport links. I found many family restaurants nearby. The staff gave good local recommendations. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I found the local area had a good selection of shops.
The room was smaller than expected. However I was only there for a short visit.

great location easy access convenient breakfast
the location was fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attractions. the train station was conveniently close. i appreciated the lift for luggage, which simplified moving my belongings. breakfast for 12 euros was available.
the lady at the front desk seemed not happy to help with our request for toothpaste.

the rooms were very clean and well organized , the check-in and check-out process was simple and efficient, it. leaving my belongings at reception before check-in was possible, this allowed me to explore without luggage. i found this to be very convenient.

a good stay near the eiffel tower
helpful information spacious family room great location
The family room we booked was spacious and met our expectations. Sardine, the receptionist, gave us a warm welcome. she provided helpful information. the location is great. The train station is only 2 minutes from the hotel, and the eiffel tower is a 15-minute walk.
The room i stayed in differed from the photos presented. It felt very small. it was easy to bump into each other when moving around. the sink in the room was clogged.
