I found the staff very friendly I requested parking on arrival and they provided secure parking. The location is indeed perfect I walked along the canal. The room provided comfortable bed linen. I slept soundly
The one-way system made driving to the hotel a bit difficult. It took some time to find it, so plan your route carefully.

The friendly staff were really nice too help with directions, that was really appreciated. my room had a wonderful canal view, i loved it! breakfast was also excellent. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and strong coffee every morning.

My superior double room had ample space, and the bed was comfortable, i loved the crisp linen. the room had a modern bathroom with a powerful shower. Toiletries were generously provided plus fresh towels daily were available.

The location proved excellent. It sat in a quiet area. A short walk got me to all sights and restaurants. I found the staff cute and helpful. The room itself was nice. It was also clean. I appreciated that they were fantastic and so nice.
The fan was small and not enough in August. I could have asked for a change.

unscheduled maintenanceslow shower
i found some issues the hotel planned for unscheduled maintenance but did not inform us beforehand the bathroom also had several problems the sink was stuck the shower was slow and almost non functional i also noticed the air ducts were not clean and the ventilation was not working properly

the hotel staff was helpful. i arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time. the hotel allowed me to check into my superior room with a canal view early. i had pre-booked parking, and I was able to use the private garage.
a very small fan was in the room. it was not quite enough for the warm weather.
