I found some aspects disappointing. The room lacked a fridge , which was inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks. Also , the walls seemed thin , as I could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms. This made it difficult to relax and sleep soundly , especially early in the morning. The lack of soundproofing really detracted from the overall experience , and the absence of a fridge was a basic amenity I missed.

the location was good, very close to the centre.

the gym equipment was quite outdated, unlike what i expected (based on the photos online). the sauna was advertised as included, but the staff claimed it wasn't and wouldn't turn it on. this was disappointing, since i specifically chose this hotel because of that amenity.

the room was perfect for a family. it included lots of room to move around. the shower was very good too. the location was also great.

the noise insulation is very poor. i woke up several times during the night. i could hear other guests walk upstairs.
