The location is advantageous. Malls are nearby. A smart tv, enabled with netflix, is included. Housekeeping did a fine job. Toiletries were replenished and water was provided daily.

The hotel is near several restaurants so dining options are plentiful. A convenience store operates 24/7 on the ground floor. This is useful for late-night needs. The staff, especially the housekeeping, is friendly and helpful so service is excellent.

Traffic made the location difficult to access. Heavy congestion near the hotel caused delays. The bathroom drainage was slow. The air conditioning did not sufficiently cool the entire room.

I found the staff very helpful and cute . Joshua, Drew, and Ace assisted me with my luggage promptly. The location provides easy access for shopping at SM Aura and Bonifacio Global City. The rooms are clean and well-kept.

The hotel staff were attentive. Security guards were especially helpful, ensuring safety. The hotel's location allowed easy access to Market Market and SM Aura. I found a 7-Eleven convenience store downstairs very useful (for late-night snacks!).

the location is charming with several malls within walking distance like sm aura and market market. my room had a smart tv with netflix i thought was amazing and a comfortable bed. housekeeping topped up the toiletries and water daily which i really appreciate.

the bathroom sink drained slowly, a minor inconvenience.
