the location was great. it was near the sol metro and plaza mayor , a short walk from the palazzo real.

the room was tiny , i paid a lot for what seemed like a closet , the bathroom was so small i could not turn around. i would not stay there again.

The location proved central. I could easily walk to many attractions and public transport was close by. the staff were very helpful. They readily assisted with any queries i had. the room was clean and well maintained, a big plus for me when traveling. i could also leave my luggage after checkout.

the street was very noisy but i guess that comes with being in the middle of the city.

the location was central. i walked to many key attractions. the staff was friendly (i chatted with them a bit). the room was clean and well-kept.

the walls felt quite thin. i could hear noises from other rooms. the room was also small for three people. the extra bed in our 'double room extra bed' was basically an opened sofa chair.

The hotel is near Plaza Mayor and the Sol Metro station. I found many restaurants, cafes and shops around the hotel. Staff were friendly, check-out was at 12:00. The room was clean, and I had basic facilities.

The noise from the street was slightly noticeable at night.

The location was central! it was a short walk to many tourist spots. the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Their friendliness was a plus. our room had tea and coffee making facilities. That was very convenient.

The soundproofing was not great. I could hear noises from the adjacent room.
