The staff were very nice and helpful. I also appreciated the free coffee and water fountain in the lobby (it's a nice touch). My room was quite spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable.
The walls were not soundproofed. I could hear people talking loudly at times and I was awakened in the middle of the night by other guests.

sound insulation was insufficient. i could hear noise from other rooms and the corridor, this made sleeping difficult. the breakfast quality needs improvement. the bread and pastry seemed stale and were uncovered, causing them to dry out quickly.
