really pleased with my stay
friendly staffproper tea
the staff were so friendly. they always smiled and did everything they could to. the breakfast was really good with proper tea.

parking is in a secure tarmacked area right next to the hotel, a plus. a ground floor room was perfect since my friend had trouble walking. there is also a bar area with a pool table.

i had a full english breakfast and it was so good with a lot of food to choose from. i didn't want hash browns, but they offered extra portions of the other breakfast items. the staff were also friendly.

The staff are excellent and always smiling, lovely. the staff were amazing, very attentive, and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. they really look after all their guests.

This was a Great stay. The room was clean. Breakfast was fresh. All the breakfast staff were helpful. I had free parking, and silvia parked my car safely. The bar area was cute after long days. Robbie, the barman, took care of me.
the room itself did not have a door, just a small corridor before the door! the room was cool, and i needed an extra duvet.

The quadruple room bath included a large, clean bathroom. There were fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. EVERYTHING was clean. The beds were neatly made with fresh linen. The room had a television with cable channels.

The breakfast service offered a wide variety of choices, including a full english breakfast. Freshly cooked omelettes were available, and the staff accommodated different dietary needs. I enjoyed the tasty sausage. The dining area was clean.

The service and food were both fantastic. I found its position to be very close to the seafront. Car parking was available for £5 a night, a GREAT deal!!!
The room itself was a little cool, needing an extra blanket.

the staff provided a warm welcome upon my arrival. the room included a comfortable bed and pillows. the breakfast was fantastic.. i especially enjoyed the freshly cooked food.
the room did not have a hairdryer. i would have liked that for convenience after showering.

the hotel is near the centre. it offers great convenience to access nearby attractions. bus and tram connections are also very close to the hotel making it easy to explore.

the staff were lovely and the room was super clean. i was given a choice of rooms. the breakfast had a great choice. the location has parking right next door.
there was no decaf coffee or tea in the room. there wasn't a hairdryer so i decided against having a shower. the light switch in the shower room didn't work. i would have liked more bedding.

i received a warm welcome on arrival the room had everything i needed including tea coffee and biscuits the bed offered comfortable sleep i particularly enjoyed the great shower it was a wonderful way to start the day. breakfast offered plenty of delicious options the staff were attentive and offered great service i was very pleased i had free private parking. the location was pretty central making it easy to reach various attractions.
the mirrors were poorly placed it made using them a little difficult i hope they consider improving it.
