the staff at reception showed amazing customer service, explaining everything clearly. a member of staff even helped me set up the wifi on my phone. free parking was a definite bonus. the hotel's decor created a cute atmosphere throughout my stay.

My room smelled strongly of stale alcohol. I found no locks on the doors. I did not feel secure. I believe an upgrade would greatly benefit this hotel.
