clean room friendly staff modern hotel loud ventilation synthetic bedsheets uncomfortable blanket
My room was clean. Staff members were friendly. The underground station was a 15-minute walk from the Olympia Centre (it was a pleasant walk). The hotel is modern.
The ventilation seemed quite loud. Bed sheets felt synthetic. The blanket was not very comfortable.

delicious options comfortable bed
the breakfast selection was amazing i found so many delicious options the location is near transport links this made getting around super easy i found the check-in process smooth it was really efficient i did not have to wait long at all staff were also really helpful answering all my questions. my room had modern features it was very clean i really appreciated that the bed was very comfortable i slept very well each night the air conditioning in my room was great too i was able to keep the temperature just how i wanted it.
there was no kettle in the room for coffee making

the hotel staff were friendly. the bar area provided a convenient space for evening relaxation.
i found there was no complimentary water in the room. additionally, there was no kettle for making morning coffee.

modern and well-located stay
modern features clean premise comfortable bed heated floor
I found the hotel's modern features appealing. Everything seemed clean. the bed was very comfortable, allowing restful sleep. the bathroom had heated floors (i really appreciated this detail during the chilly mornings). the hotel is close to key locations. Accessing the underground and supermarkets was easy. there was a separate work area downstairs in the lobby if i wanted a change of scenery.
the room lacked a closet, and the shower's glass door did not fully cover the area. this caused some water to splash onto the floor. it was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast was plentiful and diverse, offering many choices. Staff were helpful in providing directions. My room featured a Bluetooth speaker, a detail I found useful. I appreciated the daily cleaning service.
The ventilation system in the room was noticeable. (It made a constant sound.)
