The location was convenient for getting around.

The air conditioning did not work . The room was uncomfortably hot. I also found the front desk staff to be unhelpful. They seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. This combination, and I would have appreciated more effort to address my concerns about the room temperature and service quality

The proximity to the U-Bahn station was fantastic. I reached the city center quickly, enjoying easy access. The on-site car parking removed all worries about vehicle security. I also received a superb dining recommendation from the helpful staff. I valued their advice about local shopping hours.

The towel supply in my room was limited. I needed to request additional towels to accommodate my needs.

the location was close to a underground station which takes you to the center. it offered on site car parking.

housekeeping knocked but did not wait for an answer and entered after 2 seconds despite a do not disturb sign. only two towels were provided, and when i asked for more, i was. i only wanted one more towel separate for hands and face.

The air conditioning was not functional. The room temperature exceeded 30 degrees. there was also no iron available at the hotel. the door required a long code instead of a key card, inconvenient.
