the hotel had a convenient location near public transport. the staff were helpful when i needed directions (they guided me to the right tram).
the room was quite small and lacked some expected features. there was no refrigerator, which would have been very useful.

The room was slightly compact for three occupants but acceptable for a short visit.

The hotel had easy access to public transport. The check-in process was simple (a relief after a long trip). The bar and breakfast area looked appealing. I appreciated the air conditioning during the warmer days.
There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. I asked for a kettle at reception. By the time I returned to the hotel, the shops were closed (I really wanted a coffee that night!).

The beds are very comfortable at this hotel. the staff answered my questions and gave good directions. the location is convenient for visiting the palladium. it is unfortunate that there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. I view this as a minor issue.
i found that i was missing tea and coffee in my room. the absence of these amenities was an oversight.
