The location was close to the port. That was convenient. Our room was clean this visit. I had a good night's sleep after the buffet breakfast.

I had no room keys. I had to keep waiting for staff to let me into the room every time I left the room. The room smelled like mildew. It was not good.

The location was acceptable because it was close to places i needed to go.

I found the room to be outdated and not very well-kept (i was a little disappointed). The bathroom door had a hole in it. Some electrical outlets did not work.

ideal location efficient staff quick check-in shuttle service

The location was ideal for exploring. Bayfront park is just a short walk AWAY! The staff at the front desk were efficient. They made check-in and check-out quick. The hotel also arranged a shuttle service for transportation.

The elevators seemed a bit dated. they functioned without issue throughout MY stay.
