The front desk staff seemed helpful during check-in.

My room was far from clean. There were visible spider webs with dead bugs in the corners, quite unpleasant. The telephone in the room did not work, so calling the front desk was impossible. The TV reception was spotty too, likely because of the inexpensive satellite service.
