efficient shuttle polite agent spacious room

the shuttle service from the airport was efficient. the front desk agent was polite and helpful. i got a beautiful king room non-smoking, and it was quite spacious.

one elevator was undergoing maintenance, and that caused some waiting times.

the complimentary airport shuttle was convenient i used it for both arrival and departure the availability of food trucks on the hotel was a definite plus providing varied dining options the staff demonstrated really good helpfulness guiding me with directions and local information.

i noticed that one of the elevators was temporarily out of service resulting in slight delays at peak times.

The front desk staff seemed helpful during check-in.

My room was far from clean. There were visible spider webs with dead bugs in the corners, quite unpleasant. The telephone in the room did not work, so calling the front desk was impossible. The TV reception was spotty too, likely because of the inexpensive satellite service.
