The staff was helpful. I found them very eager to assist with all requests. The free car parking was also a welcome bonus. My room was spacious and clean , it had everything I needed.

The soundproofing in my room was inadequate. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms , this made it difficult to sleep.

I had some issues. The bathroom looked tired with filler in the bath panel and cracked tiles. I also heard noise from what sounded like a generator outside my window.

The shower temperature had some fluctuations. It switched from warm to a bit cooler.

The soundproofing was shockingly bad. i could hear everything. Conversations, footsteps, even bathroom noises from neighboring rooms. one staff member offered a different room, but admitted all rooms suffer the same sound issues.
