the staff was helpful and efficient. i appreciated the convenient location, close to many attractions. the room was clean and well-kept.

the location was close to the event venue. the staff were helpful. i found the hotel to be clean (which i always appreciate). the front desk staff were very friendly.

i found the breakfast to be poor in terms of food quality and variety. the space to eat was small. i also noticed that the times were not respected.

the front desk staff was amazing, especially freddy!!! he was personable and respectful. customer service was really great! the breakfast was fast and the location and price were good too. they were really friendly and helpful.

the gym was undergoing maintenance so i couldn't use it.

the room included tea and coffee making facilities plus a fridge. the air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable. breakfast offered a decent, though limited, spread (it helped start the day right).

William was very helpful at the front desk. I thought he was really courteous. The staff kept the hotel clean, and I found them very nice. The location was great. It was just a few blocks from Times Square and subway stations.

The breakfast area was a bit small. It did not really accommodate all the guests at once. The elevators took a long time. This made things a little inconvenient. I found there was no help available for carrying luggage. I was traveling with quite a few bags.

noisy air conditioning limited seating

the air conditioning unit was quite old and noisy. it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. additionally, the soundproofing wasn't great, i could hear a lot of street noise. also the breakfast area was too small for the number of guests and there were never available tables.
