the location was convenient for exploring the area. i liked having a small kitchen in the room. it had utensils and cookware.. the staff offered coffee and tea in the lobby.

i waited on the 31st floor on multiple occasions. the front desk did not seem to address this issue. the wi-fi was also quite unstable and slow.

The refrigerator did not cool effectively. Butter melted slowly inside, even though I reported this. The hotel claimed the temperature was correct. I never received the housekeeping service that was supposed to happen mid-stay. The service was rescheduled, but it never occurred, so I had no fresh linens.

The staff was super friendly. i found the location great too, allowing me to walk to times square and other spots within 30 minutes. the room included basic cooking utensils. This helped a lot since i preferred to cook some meals.

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy. I found it hard to sleep with it running. i did report it, but there wasn't much they could do.

the hotel is near train stations. numerous cafes and bars are nearby for easy access to food and drinks. i noticed many stores and restaurants in the area, giving plenty of choices for dining and shopping.
