central location coffee facilities
The location was really central. I easily walked to the main attractions. The room had tea and coffee facilities, a real bonus for a quick morning brew (i loved that!).
The room felt a little small, especially with luggage. Storage space would be helpful for longer stays.

The staff was always available at the reception desk. the location allowed easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. i found the room adequately clean upon arrival. It had fresh linens.
The elevator was out of service during my entire stay. It made accessing higher floors difficult with luggage.

easy process clean room comfortable bed
the check-in process was very easy. the room was clean upon arrival. the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. i also found everything i needed for a simple visit to the city.
the stairs were quite steep and reaching the upper floors was a bit difficult without a working lift. this made carrying luggage challenging.
