great selection big room clean room non-functional ac unready room long check-in
the breakfast had a great selection! the room was big and clean. the location was good, walking distance to the main train station.
the ac wasn't working in the room. the room wasn't ready when we got there. the check-in took a long time.

cleaning schedule towel exchange
the room cleaning schedule was not clearly communicated. i only found out that rooms are cleaned and towels exchanged every three days after the first day. i had to ask for extra towels at the reception. this lack of initial information was frustrating.

central location family room missing kettle laundry service
i liked that the hotel was fairly clean and centrally located. my family room had a good setup with bunk beds and a double bed. the shower and toilet were also separate. that really worked for us.
there was no kettle in the room, so i could not make hot drinks. also the laundry service wasn't working and i had to go to the hostel to do my laundry.

room cleaning long wait
the staff was friendly enough that was acceptable
the room cleaning only happened every three days i was not told this in advance i asked for fresh towels after the first day but had to wait a long time to get them it was quite an inconvenience
