I found the staff helpful and friendly. They gave amazing recommendations for local attractions! the location was super convenient, only a short walk to the main attractions. my room was super clean and well-kept, complete with useful amenities. the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful getaway!
i noticed the selection of toiletries was fairly minimal.

The hotel is close to the main pedestrian area. It only takes about five minutes to walk there. supermarkets are in the opposite direction and about the same distance. this location is pretty quiet, but still very accessible.

Secured parking is available, which gave me peace of mind. It made accessing upper floors so easy. plus, the availability of salzburg cards at the front desk was fantastic!

The bathroom was updated and clean. Housekeepers cleaned it daily which was amazing. the room size was quite generous, i could easily relax. updated decor created a nice atmosphere. the bed was very comfortable too!
