i liked that the staff was friendly. the location was also excellent! rooms were quiet at night and they were also tidy.
There were no toiletries. there were also no cups or water for us in the room! the bathroom lacked hand soap. Only a used bottle of shower soap was available.

the location proved useful. it was very close to the train station. the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. they assisted us with our luggage..
the hotel lacked some expected items. there were no toiletries provided. i also noticed a shortage of cups in the room. the spiraling staircase was steep, which caused some difficulty with luggage.

The location was unreal! the staff helped a lot with storing our luggage before and after our stay! they also helped carry luggage. rooms were very good. They were brand new and a lot better than the photos showed!
The room lacked amenities. It was very basic. the area can get noisy because of the coffee shop below. i wish they had soundproofing!
